J. Anthony Riggs, MBA
Tony Riggs began his career as a registered representative for InterSecurities, Inc. in 1993. In 1995 he became a Securities Trader and Team Leader for Fidelity Investments. In 1998 Tony joined CLS Investments, a professional money management firm, as a portfolio manager. He quickly worked his way up to being the Chief Investment Officer and in 2001 was asked to be the Chairman of the Investment Committee where he was responsible for the investment oversight of over $1 billion.
In April of 2002, Tony founded his own money management company, Riggs Capital Management, LLC (RCM Investments). Tony founded the company based on the thought that he could create an investment advisory firm with sound principles, a disciplined investment strategy, and fair competitive pricing. Today, RCM is an SEC-registered professional money management firm with clients nationwide.
As Founder/President and Chief Investment Officer for RCM, Tony not only serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee, but also provides creative vision for RCM and its staff. Tony received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in finance from Brigham Young University. In addition, he received a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Utah. Tony volunteers his time as the leader of his local church congregation and works closley with the youth. Tony enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, reading, sports, and spending his time with his wife and seven children.

Craig L. Riggs
Craig joined RCM Investments as a Partner and Vice President in January of 2003. Craig is responsible for the growth and development of RCM’s managed mutual fund and separate accounts programs. In addition, Craig oversees RCM’s charitable services. Before joining RCM, Craig was both a Senior Financial Advisor and a Mutual Fund Specialist for Fidelity Investments.
Craig received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The University of Utah. Craig volunteers his time as a youth leader for his local church and with the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys the challenges of working with the youth. Craig enjoys riding his Harley, sports, reading and spending time with his wife and four children.
Craig holds a Series 65 Registration.
Cameron W. Foster, CFP®
Cameron joined RCM Investments as Partner and Vice President in March of 2005. He brings a diverse background in investment analysis and retirement income planning from his years as a Retirement Counselor for Fidelity Investments and Investment Advisor for Goldman Sachs & Co. Holding the Certified Financial Planning designation and serving on the RCM Investment Committee, Cameron is responsible for ensuring that investment solutions properly reflect and help clients achieve their unique pre and post-retirement goals.
Cameron graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Westminster College. In his time away from the office, Cameron spends his time with his four children. As a family, the Foster’s love to travel, exercise, play sports, bicycle, and do all things outdoors in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.
Additionally, Cameron holds Series 65 and Insurance registrations.
James M. Houston, CFP®
James joined RCM Investments in 2014. Prior to joining RCM Investments, James worked for 18 years in a similar role for Turnberry Financial Services. James was an integral part of helping Turnberry grow from $6 million in assets under management to over $200 million in assets. James brings an array of skills to the RCM team including experience in constructing diversified and low-cost portfolios, stress testing portfolios, and conducting manager due diligence. James also has experience in evaluating and implementing alternative investment strategies including covered-call income strategies, absolute return, fixed income, and managed futures strategies.
James graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance. He has been a Certified Financial Planner™ professional since 2006. Another of James great accomplishments is raising his four daughters with his beautiful wife Heather. James enjoys, fishing, surfing, boating and studying Meteorology along with supporting his daughters who all play competitive soccer.
James holds a Series 65 registration.
Sheila Johnston, CFP®, CPA
Sheila joined RCM Investments in May 2008. Shelia has been involved in comprehensive financial planning and education since 1994. She has a Master’s of Taxation from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. In addition to working with RCM Investments Shelia is a tenured faculty member at the University of Louisville. She has a strong belief and background in education combined with significant practical experience in taxation and retirement planning. Shelia enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, Bob, and spending time with family and friends.
Krey Thompson
With over 20 years of IT, financial, and operational experience, Krey joined RCM Investments in early 2010 to oversee the back office operations of the firm. Krey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, has earned certifications in IT Networking and Administration. Prior to joining RCM, Krey was a partner and the Chief Operations Officer with a firm that provided administrative support to Professional Investment Advisors. These responsibilities have given Krey a unique set of skills and experience which he brings to RCM to help accomplish the mission of the firm and to help ensure the highest quality of service to our clients. Away from the office, Krey enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, volunteering with his local church, the performing arts, and a variety of outdoor activities.
Krey holds a Series 66 registration.
